Apply a thin layer of PlushLips Lip Balm and let dry.
Apply Lip Paint to the center of your lips.
Spread the product over your lips by dabbing the product towards the outer part of your lips using the finger or just rubbing your lips together.
Place 1 ply of tissue on top of your lips & lightly powdered with Matte Translucent Powder.
